Resources

Here you will find additional resources on People, Plants and Art in the Garden.

We have included links to the presenter’s handouts and powerpoint presentations. We have also prepared list of books and internet resources that we think you will find helpful as you explore the subjects of this year’s symposium in more depth.

Most of the books and articles in this guide can be  found in the collections of the Sterling Morton Library at The Morton Arboretum.

The Sterling Morton Library is devoted to the literature and art of botany and horticulture. As a special library, the collections are a unique resource in the Chicago area. Open to all, the Library and its collections present general interest as well as scholarly information about plants.

The Library is on the Arboretum’s east side, located in the Administration and Research Building of The Morton Arboretum.

Open: 9-5 – Tuesday through Friday; 10-4 – Saturday
